Kids' Campus Child Care Centre Easter Monday Survey
We are conducting a survey to determine whether your child/children require care for Easter Monday (Monday, April 6th, 2026). Please fill out the information below and submit this form by March 24th, 2026
Important Information:
If your child is not in attendance or marked as not attending on Easter Monday, regular daily fees will still apply.
Children may attend Easter Monday for their regular allotment of hours at no extra charge, as payment for fees is required. However, if your child is signed up for regular hours and stays longer than their allotted time, the extra P.A Day fee will be applied at the weekly rate.
Example:
If your child attends AM and PM, they can attend no more than 5 hours
If your child attends AM only, they can attend no more than 2 hours
If your child attends PM only, they can attend no more than 3 hours
If your child is attending full-day, the extra P.A. Day rate will be added to your weekly fees.
Please note that there will be no changes to Easter Monday enrolment after the March 24th, 2026, deadline.
